What is your selling policy?

Our selling policy for portable products is through distributors and online vendors. For building automation products for more energy efficiency, we reduce the maximum intermediaries.

How long are your products guaranteed?

When you buy a product in the EU, you have two years to ask for repair or replacement if it is defect or does not comply with its description. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or without inconvenience, you can request a refund or a price reduction. The two-year warranty starts upon receipt of product.
